People living with HIV work hard to keep well, find joy, and stay connected to their communities. Exercise is one way to achieve this.

Join guest Natalie St Clair-Sullivan (Research Fellow in HIV and Frailty, Brighton and Sussex Medical School) as she discusses the importance of exercise in achieving wellness and a sense of community for people living with HIV. She will be joined by panelists living with HIV, who will talk about their own experiences of playing rugby, water polo, and other community-building sports and why those activities have been important to them.
