Hotel accommodation
A limited block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Toronto at a special conference rate of $329 CAD per night, plus applicable taxes.
Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. To receive the conference rate, reservations must be made by January 20, 2027, or before the room block sells out. Attendees who require accommodation are encouraged to book early.
Travel Grants
A limited amount of funding is available through travel grants to help eligible Ontario participants attend the conference.
Depending on individual circumstances and approved expenses, a travel grant may help cover eligible costs such as transportation, accommodation, local transit, dependent care or accessibility-related supports.
If you require a travel grant to attend, we encourage you to register for the conference, reserve your accommodation and submit your travel grant application at the same time. Because funding is limited, travel grants are not guaranteed.
You may reserve your accommodation at the conference hotel using the OHTN conference booking link before receiving a decision on your Travel Grant application. A credit card is required to secure your reservation. Please note that reserving a room does not guarantee that your Travel Grant application will be approved or that your accommodation costs will be covered.
If you are unable to secure a room with a credit card, please wait until Travel Grant decisions have been communicated. If your application is approved and includes accommodation, OHTN will work with you to arrange your hotel room.
