Opportunity @ HQ Toronto: Director, Community Engagement, Social Programs and Inclusion

The OHTN is pleased to share another opportunity at HQ, Toronto’s forthcoming centre for excellence in gay men’s health.

Currently under construction at 790 Bay, HQ Toronto will provide tailored mental health services, sexual health services, and community/social programming. It will provide an accessible, safe, welcoming space for all cis men and trans people who are into guys regardless of age, race, ethnicity, gender identify, sexual orientation, HIV status, socioeconomic status, immigration status or ability. It will provide comprehensive, holistic services that empower clients and promote their physical, sexual, mental, emotional, community and spiritual/social well-being.

The Director, Community Engagement, Social Programs and Inclusion will strategic leadership to develop and implement programs, education, policies and practices that promote a sense of community belonging and ownership for all HQ stakeholders. This role will lead and enable HQ’s meaningful partnership with under-served and underrepresented groups to design and deliver community and social programs and initiatives that are culturally safe and responsive to the partners, communities, and people we aim to serve.
