Referral Helper
The Referral Helper database is a repository of referral information for OCN clinic members. The referral information held in the repository can be used to locate HIV care providers throughout the province of Ontario. The database also includes information on how to refer clients, and if clients can self-refer to clinics.
This information is accurate as of April 2024. For the most up-to-date information, contact clinics directly.
The database can be searched by using the keyword search function, or sorted by clicking the column headers (e.g. organization name, clinic address).
