Referral Process: We do not have referral forms at this time. Self-referrals are currently being done via telephone or in-person. Clients are scheduled for an intake appointment to gather relevant information, and then booked for the next available clinic date.

Wait Time: New clients can be seen at the next available clinic date after their initial intake appointment. Clinics are held on the first Wednesday of every month, between the hours of 10:00am to 12:00pm.
