Research Opportunities

Opportunities to support colleagues through research.

Current Opportunities for Participation

Researchers from Realize are now recruiting participants for a RESEARCH STUDY on financial empowerment for healthy aging with HIV. The goal of this study is to gather information from people aging with HIV in Ontario (age 50+) on their current and anticipated needs for financial information, services, and support. Study findings will help us understand how educational programs, support services and policies can be created or adapted in a way that is useful to older adults living with HIV and fosters financial empowerment.

We are reaching out to you/your organization to circulate this research opportunity to older people living with HIV in your community or network. Participants will complete a survey (45-60 minutes), either independently online, or on the phone with the assistance of a research coordinator. Participants will be compensated for their time.

The survey recruitment flyer, social media graphics and promotional text, are attached for you to circulate within your community to ensure they are aware of this study. Please do not make any changes to the content as these documents have received research ethics board approval.
