Referral Process: Healthcare providers must ensure client meets the Oasis mandate: • Uses injection drugs • smokes crack or meth • Works in the sex trade • Has HIV and/or Hep C • taking or prescribed Methadone, Suboxone, Kadian or Sublocade, safe supply (Dilaudid) • or, is precariously housed (Shelter, on the streets, couch surfing) Referrals can be accepted via fax or phone, as well as walk-ins. Please submit registration package with any care plan and relevant information. Clients are welcome to self-refer.
