How to make a referral? Self-referrals accepted; schedule a phone consultation at 416-961-0113. Potential clients first meet with our case coordinator to assess needs and go on our Therapy waitlist. Our case coordinator will also provide links to other relevant services.

Wait times For mental health services, it is about 10 months for all clients. Uninsured clients however may be prioritized and able to access services a bit faster.
