Eligibility Requirements: Must be a cis guy into guys, Two Spirit, Transgender, or non-binary. If no health coverage in Canada, bring a piece of legal ID (passport, visa, another piece of ID with photo and legal name). If you have OHIP, MUST bring your OHIP card. If you do not have OHIP but have coverage in another province, you MUST bring that provincial health card. If you have UHIP (universities and colleges) or IFH, please bring this with you. Bring a list of medications being taken and your mobile phone. Free.

How to make a referral? Self-referrals accepted. Primary Care referrals accepted. Referrals from primary care providers are required for psychiatric consultations; referral form can be accessed on HQ website.

Languages 1-hour long mental health assessment is offered in English and Spanish. Introductory Mental Health group currently offered in Spanish. Second stage groups (CPT, DBT, CBT, CRA) offered in English.

Length of services HQ offers a stepped-care model, which means people get matched with the type and intensity of therapy they need. Depending on their needs, patients may "graduate" from one group to the next. Given this, it depends on what people need, and length of services varies widely by individual.

Wait times No waitlist for self-assessment. For stage 1/introduction groups, approximately 2 weeks. Waitlists for all other programming can fluctuate.
