Eligibility Requirements: All services are free. Majority of programs are walk-in/drop-in. Priority populations are people experiencing homelessness, sleeping rough, shelter users, and asylum seekers/newcomers. For formal Case Management program, OHIP is requested but not a condition of service.
How to make a referral? For formal Case Management and Trustee programs, referrals need to come through Access Point (https://theaccesspoint.ca/) or City of Toronto Central Intake (416-338-4766 or 1-877-338-3398 or by calling 311) to be added to the central waitlist. Majority of services are drop-in/walk-in; services and programs requiring registration are detailed on website.
