Description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Join Kate Murzin and Melissa Egan in a workshop for volunteers and workers who do support groups.

This workshop will explore:
Service providers\u2019 mental health is directly correlated with the quality of service they provide to the community\u200b
Positive communication, coping strategies (such as grounding) help to manage stress and burnout \u200b
Help is available to support anxiety triggered by living with chronic uncertainty for people living with HIV and their helpers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Audience:<\/strong> Front line workers and volunteers who facilitate support groups.

Registration Required: Maximum capacity for this workshop is 20 participants<\/em><\/strong>

This is a virtual and interactive workshop.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
