Ontario declared an outbreak of Monkeypox in May 2022. The evolution of this outbreak highlights the importance of rapid identification and isolation of suspect cases, bringing unique challenges for primary care clinicians. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please join Dr. Sharon S. Sukhdeo, Adult Infectious Diseases Fellow at the University of Toronto, who will outline what clinicians need to know about monkeypox including how to recognize it, how to manage it, and lessons from our first 60 days. Dr. Sukhdeo will be joined by Dr. Daniel Warshafsky, or Dr. Mary Choi, Associate Chief Medical Officers of Health, Ontario Ministry of Health, who will discuss best practices in identifying contacts and stopping onward transmission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is an updated presentation of the June 13th<\/sup> and June 23rd<\/sup> webinar.  The live presentation will be followed by a live Q&A. <\/strong>This session is intended for primary care providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
