Description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Program Evaluation Fundamentals is a one-day, online training intended to support those that are new to evaluation or those that may do them but would like to increase their knowledge of evaluation best practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This course includes the following topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. When and why to conduct an evaluation<\/li>
  2. Identifying and engaging key stakeholders<\/li>
  3. Constructing your evaluation framework (ex: logic model, theory of change)<\/li>
  4. Selecting appropriate methodology<\/li>
  5. Developing data collection tools (ex: surveys, focus groups etc.)<\/li>
  6. Organizing and Analyzing data<\/li>
  7. Sharing Findings<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Upon completion, learners will have the tools to create an evaluation framework for their program, understand appropriate data sources to inform their evaluation, and finally collect and analyze data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
