She did her medical training at Queen\u0092s University and residency in psychiatry at the University of Toronto. She has experience in Psychiatric Emergency Services, the Urgent Care Programme, Ambulatory Care, Dialectical Behaviour Skills group, and psychotherapy supervision for residents.
