Food Security

Food Security means having access to enough food for an active, healthy life, at all times throughout the year. For people living with HIV, having reliable access to food is associated with better physical and mental health, as well as improved quality of life. Unfortunately, in Ontario, people living with HIV are up to eleven times more likely to be food-insecure, compared to the general population.
