Ontario Community HIV Reporting Tool

All Ontario AIDS service organizations (ASOs) who receive funding from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (AIDS Bureau) and Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) must account for monies spent by completing the Ontario Community HIV/AIDS Reporting Tool (OCHART), twice a year.

OCHART captures each ASOs education, outreach, community development, and support services and volunteer activities.

The OHTN has partnered with the AIDS Bureau and PHAC to host the OCHART database and to make the data accessible to funders and agencies.

The OHTN, with their federal and provincial partners, works to share both the province-wide and agency-specific data through a year-end report, a knowledge translation and exchange day, and agency-specific graphs upon request.

OCHART’s annual report, The View from the Front Lines, is available for download.

For more information contact the OCHART Manager.
