Operating Grants
The OHTN offers the following operating grants to support the research activities of Ontario-based HIV research projects:
For OHTN stakeholders wanting to address an emerging issue in HIV research
For community groups to develop academic partnerships and community-based HIV research initiatives. Applications are currently on hold until July 2010 as
we transition to a quarterly submission process. Updated guidelines reflecting changes to the funding process will be posted soon. Please contact Jennifer

For Ontario research centres applying for research operating grant funds to purchase major research equipment
for Ontario-based research centres to conduct innovative HIV research in the basic, clinical, epidemiological, and socio-behavioural sciences
For Ontario-based organizations to develop the capacity to conduct and use research, build partnerships and create knowledge exchange opportunities relevant to people with HIV and their service providers
For Masters, PhD, Postdoctoral, or clinician scientist trainees interested in conducting policy-relevant interdisciplinary research in HIV therapeutics and population and public health.
