Operating Grants
The OHTN offers the following operating grants to support the research activities of Ontario-based HIV research projects:
For OHTN stakeholders wanting to address an emerging issue in HIV research
To enhance the capacity of Community-Based HIV/AIDS Organizations and people living with HIV/AIDS to participate in the CBR process through active engagement
in the development and implementation of CBR activities.
NOTE: CBR Capacity Building Fund applications must be submitted electronically as of January 15, 2011. Please review the guidelines carefully for application instructions.
For Ontario research centres applying for research operating grant funds to purchase major research equipment
for Ontario-based research centres to conduct innovative HIV research in the basic, clinical, epidemiological, and socio-behavioural sciences
For Masters, PhD, Postdoctoral, or clinician scientist trainees interested in conducting policy-relevant interdisciplinary research in HIV therapeutics and population and public health.
