Board of Directors
The OHTN is governed by a Board of Directors selected from the following stakeholder groups:
- 7 Community Members (People Living with HIV and/or Community-Based Service Providers) selected by the Ontario AIDS Network
- 2 HIV Primary Care Physicians selected by the Primary Care Physicians Groups in Toronto and Ottawa
- 2 HIV Health Care Providers selected by the Ontario HIV Outpatient Clinic Directors and Coordinators Group
- 2 Researchers selected by the Canadian Association for HIV Research Ontario
At least 4 members of the board are to be People Living with HIV
Representatives from Ontario’s Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, and the Ontario AIDS Network, also sit on the Board also participate on the board as non-voting members.
